NOTES
The price includes:
use of water and electricity, supply of bed, bath and kitchen linen with weekly change - the kitchenette has dishes, salt, oil, vinegar, sugar, coffee - use of swimming pool - use of mountain-bikes and barbecue for cooking outdoors - possibility of participating in activities and use all the spaces at the disposal of the guests.

The price does not include:
daily change of linen (on request, € 5 per day), the heating in the winter months, wine and soft drinks at meals, phone calls and the costs of final cleaning.
